What this is
Down to Go coordinates attendance for recurring group events. An organiser sets up a group and a schedule; members get a message when each poll opens and answer with one tap. That's the whole service.
Messaging
If you opt in to text messages, you'll receive recurring messages about your group's scheduled events — typically one message when the poll opens and one with the result. Message frequency depends on how often your group meets.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them.
- Reply HELP for help, or email the address below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to messages is not a condition of using the service — you can use email or check your group's page instead.
Your account
You join a group through a link from its organiser. You're responsible for keeping your own link private; anyone with it can answer on your behalf.
Organisers can remove members. You can leave a group, or stop receiving messages, at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use Down to Go to send unsolicited messages, to add people who haven't agreed to join, or for anything unlawful. Organisers are responsible for having permission to contact the people they invite.
Availability
The service is provided as is. We don't guarantee that messages will arrive on time or at all — carriers, phones, and networks all sit between us and you. Don't rely on it for anything where a missed message matters.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
